The scope of this Policy is limited to information collected or received by the Company through your use of the Services. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy and the processing of your information, including personal information, as described herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services or provide permissions when requested by the Company.
LUNGTA takes privacy and data protection seriously. This Policy explains how we handle personally identifiable information collected from Sub-Merchants who register for services and submit information through the Internet. This Policy applies to LUNGTA’s handling of personally identifiable information from Sub-Merchants using the LUNGTA payment platform, as well as consumer information obtained in the course of business. It also covers information shared with LUNGTA by back-end technology providers or partners.
This Policy does not apply to companies that LUNGTA does not own or control, or to individuals not employed or managed by LUNGTA.
LUNGTA respects your privacy and seeks to promote trust and confidence online.
Information security is critical to our business. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to encrypt information you submit and store data on secure computers. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. You, as a Sub-Merchant, should protect your Login ID/password and computer, especially when using shared devices.
LUNGTA collects Sub-Merchant personal information through the registration process, service agreements, and submitted documents verifying credibility. Customers provide personal information such as name, address, phone number, and email when placing a payment request. This data is used only to process the request or communicate transaction status. Sub-Merchants may collect customer information through the payments made. Aggregate data is used to analyze demographics, improve services, conduct statistical analyses, and measure overall user interests. Cookies track site usage and user interactions.
We also log information such as domain name, visited pages, products purchased, referring sites, and time spent on the site. IP addresses, operating system, and browser information are recorded for all Sub-Merchant payment pages.
Sub-Merchant personal information (name, address, etc.) is used to inform about service updates or relevant products and services. LUNGTA takes reasonable precautions to keep personal data secure and will not disclose it unless required by law. Data may be shared with other companies for fraud prevention and risk reduction, or as necessary to provide requested services. Customer data will never be sold or used for marketing purposes outside of service provision.
Personal information may also be shared with third parties such as acquiring banks, payment processors, and service providers to deliver payment services.

We respond to subpoenas, warrants, or court orders regarding access logs for any Sub-Merchant, customer, or visitor. LUNGTA may release information for violations of content guidelines and cooperates with law enforcement on illegal activity.
Children’s Data
LUNGTA services are for users 18 years or older. We process children’s data only with parental or legal guardian consent.
We comply with the Indian Information Technology Act 2000 and PCI DSS standards. Security measures include:

Access Control: Only authorized personnel can access personal data.
Data Backup: Regular backups prevent loss.
